A. General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods and Services
These General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods and Services (the “Purchasing Terms”) apply to purchases made by the Sunlight Group legal entity identified in the relevant purchase order or agreement, to the extent that the Purchasing Terms have been incorporated into the applicable contractual relationship.
The summaries below are provided solely for ease of reference. They do not constitute a complete statement of the parties’ rights and obligations and do not amend, replace or otherwise modify the Purchasing Terms.
The complete Purchasing Terms are contained in the downloadable PDF. In the event of any inconsistency between these summaries and the complete Purchasing Terms, the provisions of the complete Purchasing Terms shall prevail. Suppliers are advised to review the complete Purchasing Terms before submitting an offer, accepting a purchase order or commencing performance.
The version applicable to a particular transaction shall be the version referenced in, attached to or otherwise validly incorporated into the relevant purchase order or agreement.
B. General Terms and Conditions of Sales
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Sales Terms”) apply to the sale and supply of products and, where applicable, related services by the Sunlight Group legal entity identified in the relevant quotation, order confirmation or agreement, to the extent that the Sales Terms have been incorporated into the applicable contractual relationship.
