Mr. Lampros Bisalas has served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Sunlight Group since April 2020 and has been an Executive Director on the Board since 2017. He joined Sunlight Group in 2008 and has since held senior leadership roles across finance, controlling, business transformation, sales, product management, product development and business development. Mr. Bisalas spent more than 12 years in commercial leadership positions, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), before being promoted to the role of CEO. With more than 17 years of experience at Sunlight Group, he combines deep institutional knowledge of the company’s global operations with strong expertise in strategic growth, commercial excellence, innovation, and transformation. Mr. Bisalas holds a BSc in Business Administration from Panteion University and an Executive MBA from IMD (2021). He has completed the Advanced Management Programs at Harvard Business School (AMP197) and the AMP at MIT (Class of 2024). In addition, he has participated in multiple leadership development programs at IMD, as well as specialized executive programs in pricing (Wharton School), innovation and artificial intelligence (IMD). His executive training also includes crisis management and a strategic communications training program at the Swiss Armed Forces College.

Mr. Chris Scott is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sunlight Americas. He brings extensive experience in the battery and power industry, driving strategic growth through organic expansion and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Sunlight, he was Vice President at Concentric, LLC for both motive and stationary power divisions, and held senior leadership roles at Bridgestone Americas, across sales, operations and finance. Within the motive power sector, he has delivered double-digit growth, streamlining operations and integrated multiple businesses. Mr. Scott also serves as a Board Member of Lake Norman Little League, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement. He holds a BS from Barton College and completed Harvard Business School’s Management Development Program.

Mr. Antonis Papadas serves as Chief Finance Officer of Sunlight Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, along with a deep understanding of the Group’s operations. He previously held leadership roles as CFO at Agrovim and as Accounting & Controlling Manager at Sunlight Group, before rejoining the company in 2021 to lead its finance function. Mr. Papadas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Diploma in Taxation from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Hull (UK).

Ms. Konstantina Karatopouzi serves as Chief of Staff at Sunlight Group, bringing extensive experience in finance, business planning, real estate asset management, and corporate governance at board level. Before joining Sunlight, she held senior leadership roles within the Latsis Group of Companies, including Chief Operating Officer at LAMDA Development, following earlier positions at EFG Bank in London. She began her career in auditing with Pwc in London and Kostouris Michailidis in Athens. Ms. Karatopouzi is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Dr. Nikolaos Tsiouvaras serves as Chief Technology Officer of Sunlight Group, leading research and development in the Lithium Products Division at the company’s Innovation Centre. He joined Sunlight Group in 2020, following senior roles as Project Manager in BMW’s Battery Technology division and as COO of GAMy GmbH, a company he founded. Dr. Tsiouvaras holds a PhD in Catalysis in Fuel Cells from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Technical Electrochemistry from Technische Universität München.

Ms. Vasso Gallou serves as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer of Sunlight Group, overseeing the company’s Legal Affairs, Compliance, and Risk Management Division. A qualified lawyer with more than 18 years of professional experience, she previously served as Legal Manager at Vodafone and as Associate Lawyer at leading Greek law firms. Ms. Gallou holds a Law Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Queen Mary University of London.

Ms. Angela Maragkopoulou serves as Group Chief Information & Digital Officer of Sunlight Group, bringing more than two decades of international leadership in technology and digital transformation. Since 2000, she has held senior roles as CIO and COO at Vodafone Group, Deutsche Telekom AG, and DWS Group, as well as serving on supervisory boards. With expertise in driving complex digital transformations, AI and data strategy, cloudification, and cybersecurity, she joined Sunlight Group in 2024 to lead its digital agenda. Ms. Maragkopoulou holds a BSc in Physics, an MSc in Electronics and Radioelectrology, and an MBA with a focus on Telecommunications Networks Financials from the National University of Athens. She is fluent in English, German, and Greek, and holds both Greek and German nationality.

Ms. Ioanna Gavrielatou serves as Marketing Director of Sunlight Group, bringing more than 20 years of international experience across the USA, EMEA, and LATAM. She has held executive several roles as a Marketing Director, Business Development and Product Manager at Microsoft Corporation in the US. Prior to joining Sunlight Group, Ms. Gavrielatou was the Marketing Director of Intralot in Greece, following her role as Marketing & Business Development Consultant for the same company in Brazil. Ms. Gavrielatou holds an MBA from the ALBA Graduate Business School, after completing a bachelor’s degree in Business Research and Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Ms. Angeliki Eleftheriou serves as Corporate Affairs & ESG Director of Sunlight Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in corporate affairs across the technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors in Greece and internationally. Before joining Sunlight Group, she was Corporate Affairs & ESG Senior Manager at Wind/Nova, where she shaped the company’s corporate narrative and advanced sustainability initiatives. Her earlier career includes roles at TITAN Cement Group, BBC European Policy Affairs, the London Fetal Medicine Foundation, and leading communications agencies. Ms. Eleftheriou holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Journalism from Cardiff University.

Mr. Antonis Theologitis serves as Chief Operational Officer of Sunlight Group and General Manager of Sunlight Technosystems, where he leads a €70 million investment plan in vertical integration. With more than 15 years of cross-industry experience in supply chain and operations, he has played a key role in Sunlight’s operational and business transformation since 2020, holding progressively senior roles across the Group and its subsidiaries. Mr. Theologitis holds an MEng from the Technical University of Crete, a mini-MBA from Alba Graduate Business School, and has completed executive training in business leadership at IMD Business School in Switzerland, along with further programs in leadership, finance, and strategy.

Ms. Eleni Drakopoulou joins Sunlight Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership across multinational organizations. Before joining Sunlight, she served as People Director at Athenian Brewery (Heineken Group), where she led the transformation of the People function and supported a significant business turnaround aligned with global and regional priorities. Her previous roles include senior HR positions at Green Cola and the Coca‑Cola Hellenic Group, where she also served as Country HR Manager for Cyprus. Throughout her career, she has contributed to senior leadership and governance forums, supporting strategic decision‑making and organizational development. Ms. Eleni Drakopoulou holds an LLB in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, and completed postgraduate studies at the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA).

Mr. Matthias Fischer serves as Chairman of the Board. He brings a strong background and extensive leadership experience in the material handling industry, including notable roles as President and CEO of Toyota Material Handling AB, and as Managing Director and Executive Board Member at Jungheinrich AG, where he oversaw global Sales, Service, and Marketing. With a career spanning more than three decades, Mr. Fischer has a proven track record in large-scale operations management and strategic growth—expertise that aligns closely with Sunlight’s ambitions to lead in energy storage innovation.

Mr. Michel Govaert serves as Non-Executive Director and brings extensive international experience in finance and corporate strategy. He previously held senior leadership roles as Group CFO at AOC & ChemicaInvest and partner at Alvarez & Marsal, after beginning his career at Philips Electronics. A seasoned executive, Mr. Govaert has deep expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, and the development of action-oriented strategies to drive growth and performance.

Mr. Andreas Athanasopoulos brings more than 24 years of leadership experience in banking, retail, and business in Greece and abroad. From 2020 to 2023, he served as Deputy CEO, Executive Board Member, and Group Chief Transformation Officer at Eurobank, following senior roles as Chief Customer Officer and CEO Financial Services at DixonsCarphone in London, and CEO of Kotsovolos, where he successfully returned the company to profitability. Earlier in his career, he held senior management positions at Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, and National Bank, and began as a Senior Lecturer at Warwick Business School. Mr. Athanasopoulos holds a BA in Applied Mathematics, an MSc in Statistics and Operational Research, a PhD in Management Sciences and Analytics, and a Post-Doctorate in Decision Sciences, earned across the University of Patras, the University of Essex, the University of Warwick, and London Business School.

Ms. Sabine Bendiek brings over two decades of international leadership experience, having led and transformed large organizations with global teams exceeding 7,000 employees. She has held senior executive roles at Siemens Nixdorf, McKinsey & Company, Earlybird Venture Capital, Dell, and EMC Corporation, before serving as Chair of the Executive Board and General Manager of Microsoft Germany, where she drove significant growth and cloud transformation. From 2021 to 2023, she was Member of the Executive Board and Chief People and Operations Officer at SAP SE, where she led major organizational and digital transformations. Ms. Bendiek holds a diploma in Information Technology, Marketing, and Finance from Mannheim University and a Master in Management from MIT, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Schaeffler AG.
