Athens, March 19, 2026 – Sunlight Group, a member of the Olympia Group and a global leader in integrated and innovative energy storage solutions, is strengthening its executive team by combining the promotion of internal talent with the appointment of experienced professionals from the market.
Specifically, Antonis Papadas assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Antonis Theologitis the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Additionally, Sunlight welcomes Eleni Drakopoulou, who joins the Sunlight Group as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
These appointments reflect the company’s strategy to invest both in the development of its people and in attracting specialized market expertise, strengthening its leadership structure during a period of dynamic international expansion.
Antonis Papadas, CFO of Sunlight Group, has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 13 years in executive positions at Sunlight Group. He has significantly contributed to the Group’s financial stability and its evolution to an international organization, actively supporting its growth strategy. Currently, he leads the Finance and M&A departments, with a primary focus on overall financial planning, optimizing the investment portfolio, and ensuring the Group’s sustainable and profitable growth on a global scale.
Antonis Theologitis, COO of Sunlight Group, has more than 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations. Since 2020, he has played a key role in the Group’s operational transformation, progressively assuming positions of increasing responsibility. Today, he leads the strategic plan to strengthen Sunlight’s industrial excellence through the verticalization of production and international standards of operational efficiency. Focusing on the “digital factory,” he aims to optimize the efficiency of facilities across 14 countries by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Robotics technologies, ensuring fast delivery and a resilient supply chain that serves 115 countries.
Eleni Drakopoulou, CHRO of Sunlight Group, has over 20 years of experience in human resources management at leading multinational organizations, such as Athenian Brewery (Heineken) and Coca-Cola Hellenic. Throughout her career, she has led strategic transformations and organizational development, holding key leadership positions, most recently as People Director at Athenian Brewery. In her role, she will take on the strategic planning for talent acquisition and the strengthening of the leadership culture, aiming to create a modern, people-centric work environment.
